AIR FRYER ROAST CHICKEN THIGHS

These Air Fryer dry rubbed chicken thighs were juicy, tender and only took 25 minutes to cook.  This post is more about the method of cooking using the Air Fryer - any season blend will work nicely here.

For ours we used this spice blend:

1 tsp. garlic powder

1 tsp. celery salt

1/2 tsp. paprika

3/4 tsp. dried thyme

3/4 tsp. dried corriander

salt and pepper

Using 1 tsp. of Extra Virgin Olive Oil, rub onto the chicken thighs that have been patted dry with a paper towel.  Mix up the season blend and sprinkle over each chicken thigh to evenly coat.

Preheat the air fryer at 375 degrees for 5 minutes, place the chicken thighs into the basket and cook 25 minutes.  Half way through, move the thighs around the basket and continue to roast.  Serve with any side dishes.
