GLUTEN FREE CHOCOLATE MOCHA PUDDING CAKE - A RECIPE REVIEW

Doesn't this look scrumptious?  It was heavenly, a truly divine dessert.  We had this for dessert after Christmas dinner.  I found this recipe over at LYNN'S RECIPE ADVENTURES.  Her  baked goodies look just amazing, and this chocolate pudding cake was one I just had to try.  It was very easy to make, only took 30 minutes to bake, and the only thing I did different was to add in two heaping tablespoons of Instant coffee to the pudding mix.  We will definitely be having this for dessert again.  Adding the fresh pomegranate seeds made the dessert light and refreshing, and look a bit more festive for the holiday season.  For this wonderful dessert, please check out LYNN'S RECIPE ADVENTURES, and her many more scrumptious looking recipes.
