It is with warm heart felt thanks….to all of you out there in the world, for your kind encouragement and help in getting this Blog “happening”! It has already been my first week – huge, huge, learning curve…..lots of mistakes along the way…..but making progress! It really has been fun!
Now…..my typing fingers will take a breather….my body is saying it is time for Yoga!!! In the last week, everyday sitting at the computer, there were times when my brain went on overload….and I knew it was the moment to step aside for an hour or so and unwind! If you have never done Yoga before…..I encourage you to give it a try.
A few years ago, I took a Yoga Teacher Training Program….. it was the best thing I ever did!
Some of the many benefits include:
Release of toxins
Energizes every organ and gland throughout the body
Creates better posture
Calming and “Centering”
Promotes better sleep and much much more!
If you do decide to give it a try….I encourage you to start with a gentle “Hatha” form of Yoga first. Give yourself 3 classes – by doing 3 classes, the body will begin to enter a rhythm ..…. It is then that you will be able to determine if it is something you will enjoy.
With this….I am off to do Yoga! Then back to more recipes!
